What to Consider When Renting an LED Wall or Video Wall:
A big screen can look great or it can look cheap.
If you’re comparing LED wall or video wall rentals, pay attention to pixel pitch, wall size, and setup options that fit your venue and your show.
Image Quality
Pixel Pitch
Pixel pitch is the distance between pixels on an LED wall. Smaller pitch looks cleaner up close and holds up better on camera, but it’s also more expensive.
Our standard is 2.9mm, a practical sweet spot: strong image quality without paying for resolution you won’t use. We have smaller-pitch LED available when needed.
Wall Size & Shape
Custom Aspect Ratios
LED is modular, so you can build a wall that fits your stage. Consider stage width, room depth, and sightlines so content reads clearly from every seat.
Our deep inventory makes custom builds straightforward, whether you need a wide backdrop, a taller screen, or a specific shape for your content.
Wall Setup & Support
Mounting Options
LED walls are typically either ground-supported or rigged/flown from the venue ceiling, depending on sightlines, stage layout, and the venue’s engineering.
We can build both ground-supported and rigged LED wall installs, and we will coordinate with you and the venue to find the safest, cleanest fit for the room.
LED Wall Size Guide
Use this as a starting point.
These sizes are common starting points based on standard media ratios. LED walls are built from modular 19.6" (500mm) panels, so we can scale the wall up or down in panel-sized steps to fit your stage and content. No need to choose a size now, we can help you assess the best fit based on venue and audience size.

3' x 6.6'
Directionals Hallway Branding
16' x 9'
Medium Keynote Backdrop
20' x 10'
Large Keynote Backdrop
Large Format Stage Backdrops
LED makes it easy to scale up when the stage needs more impact.
With 300+ panels in inventory, we can build large LED formats with uniform gear and a clean finish, including stage backdrops 70’+ wide when the venue allows. Pair that scale with strong graphics, and the LED wall becomes a true centerpiece for the event.
LED Wall Show Support Options
If your video wall needs support beyond rental + setup, but you don’t need a full production crew, these add-ons are a good fit.

FAQ
-
Quoting practices aren’t standardized, so LED wall quotes can be hard to compare apples to apples. It’s common to see a “per panel” rate, but you should always confirm pixel pitch/quality and what’s actually included, like mounting system, cables, video processing, delivery, and labor.
-
Pixel pitch is the distance between pixels on an LED wall. Smaller pitch looks cleaner up close and holds up better in photos and video. Our standard is 2.9mm, a practical sweet spot for most events.
-
LED walls are modular, so the best size and shape depends on your function (hallway branding vs stage backdrop vs IMAG), your stage width, and how far the audience is from the screen. We can build standard or custom layouts, including wide backdrops and taller screens when the content calls for it.
If budget is a factor, we’ll scale the wall size to get the best impact for the room without overspending, and recommend a layout that still reads clearly from the back.
-
Functionally, an LED wall is just a display output, no different than a TV, projector, or computer monitor. If it can be shown on a screen, it can be shown on an LED wall.
The main variables are file formats and making sure your content is scaled correctly for the wall’s resolution and shape. Don’t worry, we’ll help you prep it and confirm everything displays the way it should before the event.
-
Yes. We can run IMAG (image magnification) camera to LED wall. This usually requires additional show support, since switching and timing need to be managed during the program.
-
Both. We can deliver, set up, test, and leave the wall running for simple “set-and-forget” content. For keynotes and cue-based programs, we recommend adding an operator for playback and show timing.
-
We support ground-supported LED walls and rigged/flown installs when the venue allows it and rigging approval is in place. We’ll coordinate with you and the venue to confirm the right approach.
-
Yes. LED walls can be built in standard sizes or custom layouts, including wide main-stage backdrops, tall or extra-wide formats, and curved builds for unique signage or stage designs. Our 300+ panel inventory makes larger builds and custom configurations possible without compromising consistency.

We’re based in Utah and regularly support events across Salt Lake City, Park City, Provo, Lehi, and statewide. We also travel nationally, so if your event is outside Utah, share the city, venue, and schedule and we’ll confirm logistics and crew timing.
