The Team Behind the Tech
Take One AV is a family-owned AV company based in SLC, Utah, founded by a video engineer and a corporate event manager (yep, we’re married), and we know what it’s like to be on both sides of the headset!
We started this company to create the kind of crew we always wished we had: Prepared, consistent, and focused on the details that actually make a show run clean.
In live production, Camera One is the locked-off safety shot. It’s the dependable angle you can always go to, whether the program is running smoothly or you need a clean cut at the right moment. When it’s time to use your safety shot, the camera director’s call is simple: “Cue camera one… take one.” That’s where our name comes from. We approach events the same way: reliable, rehearsed, and always ready.
