Wondering How It Works?

Our standard rental includes the full simulator structure, turf flooring, high-lumen projector, screen, real golf clubs, and on-site staff for setup, support, and teardown.
Optional upgrades like custom branding or an out-of-the-way overhead projector setup are available.
We recommend a space that’s at least 16' wide x 14' deep x 10' high to comfortably accommodate assembly of the simulator structure and turf area as well as safe swinging room.

Yes—we’ve done this many times. Elevated venues often just need assurance that a proper enclosure is in place to contain bounce-back, and our oversized simulator structure provides exactly that. We’ve always been able to secure hotel approval when needed and will work with you to make adaptions to meet venue requirements.
Our team handles the full setup and teardown with professionalism and efficiency. Depending on the setup style, we typically need 2-3 hours for installation. We coordinate closely with your event timeline to minimize disruption and can often set up in advance or during off-hours when needed.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons. However, reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests!

Unlike most simulators on the market (which typically rely on 2,000 to 3,000-lumen projectors) —we guarantee a minimum of 6,000 lumens. As an audio visual company, projectors are kind of our thing. The result? A crisp, vivid, and immersive swing experience, even in bright or ambient lighting.
Our simulator runs industry-standard software that tracks real swing mechanics and offers multiple gameplay modes. The equipment is calibrated for accuracy, and we’re happy to assist with tutorial or tech support during your event.

Outdoor in direct sunlight requires some adaptations, but don’t worry, we’ll assess your venue and weather conditions to make sure the setup works smoothly!
